Access to this Website and the use of information on it and use of the online information, viewing, payment, account and other access services including use of any Software and or payment or account facilities or services provided by WORLDOFTHELIVINGDEAD.COM to Users and or such limited access, previews and or activities (collectively "the Services") which may be permitted to Users (if any) are subject to these Terms & Conditions. You should carefully read these Terms & Conditions. By proceeding further, you agree and will be deemed to have accepted them.

We may update these Terms and Conditions (or any other terms and conditions relevant to specific areas of the Website and or Services) from time to time for business, legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of the Website and or Services. Any changes will be notified on the Website and or Services. The changes will apply immediately upon notice on the Website. If you do not accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use the Website and or Services. If you continue to use the Website and or Services after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Website and or Services indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.

Membership, access and use of the Website and or Services are also subject to any third party terms and conditions such as terms and conditions of host companies, third party content and content providers, and payment processing vendors. The breach of any such third party terms could allow the suspend and or terminate your rights, membership and or this Agreement.

Testing Conditions

The User agrees to test and evaluate the Website as requested and report to WORLDOFTHELIVINGDEAD.COM with respect to the usefulness and functionality of the Website. The User shall report to WORLDOFTHELIVINGDEAD.COM, as soon as practical, any perceived defect in the Website. At the conclusion of the testing period, or at intervals specified by WORLDOFTHELIVINGDEAD.COM, the User shall provide to WORLDOFTHELIVINGDEAD.COM an evaluation of the Website, including both positive and negative aspects. By submitting reports, evaluations, suggestions or feedback in any form Users grant the right to WORLDOFTHELIVINGDEAD.COM to make use of any information contained therein without any credit, remuneration, or compensation to the User.

The User agrees that participation in testing is on a voluntary basis without expectation of any form of compensation.

The User acknowledges and agrees that during testing, WORLDOFTHELIVINGDEAD.COM may disclose certain confidential, proprietary trade secret information of (the "Confidential Information"). Confidential Information may include, but is not limited to, the Website, computer programs, flowcharts, diagrams, manuals, schematics, development tools, specifications, design documents, marketing information, financial information or business plans. During this Agreement and for a period of 2 years thereafter, the User agrees that it will not, without the express prior written consent of WORLDOFTHELIVINGDEAD.COM, disclose any Confidential Information or any part thereof to any third party, except to the extent that such Confidential Information a) is or becomes generally available to the public through no fault of the User; b) is rightfully received by the User from a third party without limitation as to its use; or c) is independently developed by the User.

The User agrees to inform WORLDOFTHELIVINGDEAD.COM before beginning testing if they are i) principal, employee, agent, independent contractor, officer or director of a developer or publisher of video, computer or online games, ii) a principal, employee, supplier, independent contractor, officer or director of any press agency, iii) a journalist.

The Website may contain imagery and themes unsuitable for some audiences and the gameplay experience may change over time or during online play. IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN TESTING.

Access to testing is a privilege which may be withdrawn by WORLDOFTHELIVINGDEAD.COM without prior warning or explanation.

Use of Material

Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned thereto in the Membership Agreement.

The contents of WORLDOFTHELIVINGDEAD.COM Sites, such as text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software and other material including the Software (collectively "Material"), are protected under European Union, Irish and international copyright, database right, sui generis right, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. Except as provided in the Membership Agreement, all Material is the property of WORLDOFTHELIVINGDEAD.COM and or its content suppliers or clients. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on each WORLDOFTHELIVINGDEAD.COM Site is the exclusive property of WORLDOFTHELIVINGDEAD.COM. Unauthorised use of the Material may violate copyright, trade mark and other laws. User Submissions
